Twsila acts as a platform connecting users with transporters. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by transporters. Disputes should be resolved directly between users and transporters.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.
